1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Open Idea / ECOSYZ, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights.

3. Intellectual Property

The Open Idea / ECOSYZ platform itself — this website and the code that runs it — is licensed under AGPL-3.0. See our License for details. This does not extend to what you build with it — see the next section.

4. Apps You Generate Are Yours

The source code, content and assets produced for you by App Studio (“Generated Output”) belong to you. We claim no ownership of it, and the platform’s AGPL-3.0 licence does not apply to it. You may use, modify, sell, keep private or relicense your Generated Output on any terms you choose, including closed source, with no obligation to publish it or to share changes with anyone. Nothing about hosting it here, deploying it from here, or the platform’s own licence changes that.

Two limits, both ordinary. First, Generated Output may include third-party open-source packages (React, Tailwind and the like), which keep their own licences — those come from their authors, not from us. Second, you are responsible for what you generate and publish: we do not warrant that Generated Output is correct, secure, fit for any purpose, or free of resemblance to other works, and a generative model can produce similar output for different people.
