Each cluster sells through ORAA under its own name. You buy from a production floor, not a trader’s pile.
Why production
The saree is made. Then it is sold.
Most e-commerce lists whatever a wholesaler already has. ORAA lists what the loom is making — kadhua days, korvai joins, ikat dye lots — and ships from the cluster when the piece is finished and checked.

01 · Kadhua
If the motif is cut, it is not kadhua.
Each paisley is woven, not appliquéd. That is why the days are on the tag.
02 · Korvai
Three shuttles, one join you can feel.
Kanchi contrast borders are locked on the loom — the signature of a temple silk.
03 · Ikat
Colour is decided in the yard.
Warp and weft are resist-dyed before they meet. Geometry is a dye lot, not a print.
04 · Maison
The silk sets the rules.
